Implementing comprehensive plan to develop Trans-Arctic Transport Corridor estimated at 32 trln rubles
ARKHANGELSK. July 27 (Interfax) - The cost to implement the comprehensive plan to develop the Trans-Arctic Transport Corridor (TTC) is estimated at 32 trillion rubles, Yury Trutnev, Deputy Prime Minister and Envoy of the Russian President in the Far Eastern Federal District (FEFD), told reporters.
"We are putting together the comprehensive design of the TTC. This is a major undertaking, requiring us to raise 32 trillion rubles. Ninety-three percent will come from extra-budgetary sources," Trutnev said.
