Subsidiary of German industrial software supplier agrees to being excluded from JV with Gazprom
MOSCOW. June 15 (Interfax) - PSI LLC, a subsidiary of Germany's PSI Software SE industrial software provider, which exited the Russian market in 2022, has agreed to be excluded from the joint venture with Gazprom .
PSI LLC (33%) jointly with PJSC Gazprom Avtomatizatsiya (67%) are participants in Gazavtomatika Dispatcher Systems LLC, which develops the Gorizont software suite for creating dispatch control systems and managing key technical processes at gas industry facilities. The suite is listed in the Unified Register of Russian Software.
In February 2025, Gazprom Avtomatizatsiya received permission to buy out the foreign partner's stake in the industrial software manufacturer. However, the transaction was not completed.
In March 2025, PSI LLC filed for bankruptcy, and bankruptcy proceedings have been initiated against the debtor.
In September 2025, Gazprom Avtomatizatsiya filed a lawsuit in the Moscow Arbitration Court to exclude PSI LLC as a participant of Gazavtomatika Dispatcher Systems LLC. On June 11, PSI LLC filed a motion to the court to recognize the claim, according to the arbitration court records.
