Contrada Capital purchases almost 15% of Inarctica

MOSCOW. June 3 (Interfax) - Company Contrada Capital has purchased a 14.96% share of Inarctica , a leading Russian producer of Atlantic salmon and trout, Inarctica reported.

JSC Contrada Capital manages investment funds. Its owners are undisclosed. The company was registered in January 2004.

Inarctica cultivates Atlantic salmon and sea trout in the Barents Sea in the Murmansk region, as well as freshwater trout in the lakes of Karelia. The company's fish sales fell from 25,700 tonnes in 2024 to 22,200 tonnes in 2025. In January-April 2026, it increased its fish harvest 1.6-fold to 10,600 tonnes and sales 1.6-fold to 8,800 tonnes.

Inarctica has the potential to breed 50,000-60,000 tonnes of fish in live weight at its fish farms each year.

It increased revenue 31% year-on-year to 9 billion rubles in the first four months.

Inarctica's charter capital is divided into 87,876,649 shares with a par value of 100 rubles. The main owners are the management company Svinin and Partners (24.99%) and Maxim Vorobyov with 22.47% and CFC Direct Investments LLC owns 7.71%.
