PJSC Whoosh Holding board of directors recommends waiving 2025 dividends, AGM to take place June 24
MOSCOW. May 21 (Interfax) - The board of directors of PJSC Whoosh Holding has recommended waiving 2025 dividends due to the loss made by the company in the reporting year, the company said in a disclosure.
Shareholders will vote on the issue at the annual general meeting, scheduled for June 24.
