Rostic's franchisee receives 20% of fast food chain's operating co

MOSCOW. May 7 (Interfax) - International Restaurant Brands LLC, the largest franchisee of the Rostic's fast food restaurant chain, has received a 20% stake in the chain's parent company, UniRest, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE).

Smart Service Ltd's stake fell to 77% from 97%.

Smart Service Ltd is owned by Konstantin Kotov and Andrey Oskolkov. In April 2023, Smart Service Ltd acquired the Russian company Yum! Brands (Yum Restaurants Russia LLC, now UniRest), which owned the KFC master franchise and its own restaurants in Russia.
