Russia's O'Key Group planning to change name to DA Group

MOSCOW. May 5 (Interfax) - O'Key Group , the retailer that operates the Da! discounter stores, plans to change the name of its legal entity to ICPJSC Group Da, the company said in a statement.

The proposal will be considered at a shareholder meeting on May 27.

The group's shareholders previously approved its redomiciliation from Luxembourg to Russia. After the procedure is completed, the company is expected to be registered in a special administrative region on Oktyabrsky Island in the Kaliningrad region.

The company may change its name after selling its hypermarket business under the O'Key brand. The deal was closed at the end of 2025.

Currently, the group owns the Da! discounters business. As of December 31, 2025, the chain comprised 232 discounters.
