Rosatom sees no obstacles to completing asset buyout after FAS approving appeal to acquire Shishkarev's stake in Delo MC
MOSCOW. May 4 (Interfax) - Rosatom, which owns 49% of Delo Group, sees no obstacles to completing the asset buyout after the Federal Antimonopoly Service's approval of the appeal to purchase Sergei Shishkarev's 51% stake in Delo Management Company, the state nuclear energy corporation's press service told Interfax.
"We have received approval from the Federal Antimonopoly Service for Rosatom to acquire Sergei Shishkarev's stake in Delo Management Company LLC in full compliance with the regulatory deadlines stipulated by the procedure. Receiving approval means that the state corporation has completed all legally required procedures for the transaction, and there are no obstacles to our completing the asset acquisition," the press service said.
"This is a logical step in the state corporation consistently implementing a process to resolve corporate disputes with partners. We are fully prepared for any scenario," Rosatom said.
