Pashinyan says hoping to visit Azerbaijan in 2028

YEREVAN. May 4 (Interfax) - Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has said he is hoping to visit Azerbaijan in 2028 for a summit of the European Political Community.

"Today, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev for the first time attends an event in Armenia, of course, by video link. I am hoping to have an opportunity to visit Azerbaijan in 2028 for a summit of the European Political Community," Pashinyan said at the European Political Community summit in Yerevan on Monday.

The Turkish vice president is paying his first visit to Armenia, he said.
