Ukrainian parliament extends martial law, general mobilization

MOSCOW. April 28 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian parliament has extended the period of martial law and general mobilization for another 90 days, Ukrainian media reported on Tuesday.

The Ukrainian president submitted the corresponding bills to the Verkhovna Rada on Monday.

The period of martial law and general mobilization has been extended by 90 days starting 5:30 a.m. local time on May 4, 2026.
