Interfax launches AI Assistant for counterparty analysis in SPARK
MOSCOW. April 23 (Interfax) - Interfax Group has announced the launch of an AI-based Assistant in the SPARK digital system.
The AI Assistant provides clients with necessary data and analytics on counterparties, supports live dialogue on professional topics, and interacts with clients in natural language both through text queries and voice commands.
The service was presented at the SPARK-2026: Practice of Transforming Corporate Risk Management Processes conference in Moscow on April 22.
The AI-based Assistant in SPARK works with the most sought-after areas of corporate knowledge, and collects, aggregates and interprets information about counterparties and provides it in a single dialogue. It understands queries in plain language and finds the necessary data, gives targeted answers to questions posed, and reminds the system user of the conversation context.
"The creation of the AI Assistant opens up modern, fundamentally new opportunities for SPARK clients, accelerating and enriching the traditional process of counterparty verification," the director of AI-based solutions at Interfax Group Maxim Borisov said. "The collection and processing of complex financial and corporate data for risk analysis will now happen faster, more conveniently and more efficiently," he said.
