Official hryvnia-euro exchange rate sinks to new low of UAH 51.3253/EUR1
MOSCOW. April 15 (Interfax) - The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) set the hryvnia-euro official exchange rate at UAH 51.3253/EUR1 on April 15, weakening the national currency by almost UAH 0.57 compared to Tuesday to a new all-time low, Ukrainian media reported citing the NBU.
The previous lowest level was recorded on February 19, 2026, when the regulator set the hryvnia-euro official exchange rate at UAH 51.2577/EUR1.
The NBU has weakened the official hryvnia-euro exchange rate by 3.1%, or by UAH 1.53 since the beginning of 2026.
The hryvnia-dollar official exchange rate slid by UAH 0.6 to UAH 43.4997/$1 over the day, the NBU said.
