Yandex Robotics changes its CEO

MOSCOW. April 13 (Interfax) - Yandex Robotics LLC has appointed Dmitry Ryabov, who previously oversaw the company's operational management, as its new CEO.

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the relevant changes were registered on April 10.

The company confirmed the change of CEO to Interfax. "Dmitry Ryabov has been appointed the new CEO of Yandex Robotics. He has worked at Yandex for more than six years and was previously responsible for the operational management of Robotics," the company said.

All key projects and areas of Yandex Robotics continue to develop as usual, and the team remains focused on developing its own technological solutions, it said.

It was previously reported that former CEO of Yandex Robotics, Ivan Kalinov, moved to Sberbank, where he became head of the department for autonomous solutions in the bank's technological development division.

Yandex Robotics LLC was registered in September 2024. The company is owned by Yandex structures: 99% is owned by Technoyak LLC, and 1% by Market Operations LLC.
