Russia, India in talks over development of manned mission program - Roscosmos CEO

MOSCOW. April 7 (Interfax) - Russia and India plan to use their national orbital stations at an inclination of 51.6 degrees and are in talks on jointly developing manned mission programs, conducting experiments and seat barter flights, Roscosmos' General Director Dmitry Bakanov said.

"Because India also has a 51.6 inclination, we are now holding dialogue with them over the development of our manned mission programs. If we reach agreement, then [there will be] a serious field for joint experiments, seat barter flights to our station," Bakanov said in an interview with the Vesti news program on Tuesday.
