Kamaz replaces CEO of Nefaz ahead of schedule
UFA. April 1 (Interfax) - The board of directors of PJSC Neftekamsk Automobile Plant (Nefaz, Bashkiria, part of Kamaz Group ) has terminated the contract with the plant's CEO, Yevgeny Korepanov, ahead of schedule, according to the company's materials.
He has been replaced by Boris Khaziev, who previously held the position of deputy CEO and director for production at Nefaz.
"Yevgeny Borisovich Korepanov is to be instructed to hand over, and Boris Ilyusevich Khaziev to accept according to the acceptance certificate, all existing documentation, assets on the balance sheet of PJSC Nefaz and the seals and stamps of PJSC Nefaz, by April 1, 2026," the materials said.
As reported, Yevgeny Korepanov was appointed CEO of Nefaz in August 2023; prior to this appointment, he held the position of deputy CEO and director for development at the Bashkir automobile plant. The former CEO of Neftekamsk Automobile Plant, Vladimir Kurganov, was appointed first deputy CEO and executive director of PJSC Kamaz.
PJSC Nefaz produces dump truck bodies and other add-ons on Kamaz chassis, semi-trailers and trailers, tanks for various purposes and passenger vehicles.
