Potanin's charitable foundation becomes owner of 3.5% of Nornickel shares, Interros's stake falls to 33.51%
MOSCOW. March 16 (Interfax) - Vladimir Potanin's Interros has reduced its direct stake in Nornickel MMC from 37% to 33.51%, according to information on the Nornickel website.
Vladimir Potanin's charitable foundation has become the owner of 3.49% of the shares. The changes are dated March 13.
The value of this stake on the Moscow Exchange on March 13 was 83.15 billion rubles.
The net asset value of Potanin's foundation at the end of 2025 was 124.2 billion rubles.
En+ Group controls 26.39% of Nornickel shares. The stake of Roman Abramovich and Alexander Abramov's Crispian is around 4% of the shares. The free float is approximately 33%.
