All sides interested in further trilateral talks on Ukraine - Peskov

MOSCOW. March 10 (Interfax) - All sides are interested in holding further talks on Ukraine in the trilateral format, and the United States stands ready to continue its mediation efforts, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said on Tuesday when commenting on the results of the phone call between Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump.

"The main thing that is certain is that it is necessary to continue this trilateral format, trilateral specifically. All sides are interested in it, and, above all, the Americans are ready to continue their mediation efforts," Peskov said when asked whether there is any clarity regarding the continuation of trilateral talks on the Ukraine settlement after the Putin-Trump phone call on March 9.

There are currently no specific dates or venues for further trilateral talks, he said.
