Shishkarev's stake in Delo Management Company increases to 51% - Unified State Register

MOSCOW. March 5 (Interfax) - The stake of the founder of the Delo group of companies, Sergei Shishkarev, in Delo Management Company LLC has increased to a controlling one.

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, on March 4, Shishkarev's stake in Delo MC grew from 50% to 51%.

The previous co-owner of the company with a 1% stake was R-Alliance LLC. According to the Unified State Register, JSC Atomenergoprom (a structure of the Rosatom state corporation) remained the owner of 49%.

On February 25, Shishkarev closed the deal to buy back 1% in Delo MC from R-Alliance. Previously, on February 20, the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) granted Shishkarev's petition to acquire 1% of this company and increase his stake to a controlling one.

Currently, the FAS is considering Shishkarev's petition to acquire Rosatom's stake (49%).

Rosatom previously said that amid disagreements with Shishkarev it was initiating a buy-sell procedure ("Russian roulette") in the Delo group of companies. Shishkarev said that he intended to buy the state corporation's stake.

On Monday, Shishkarev officially notified Rosatom of his intention to buy out the 49% stake in Delo MC owned by the state corporation. The state corporation confirmed receipt of the notification.

At the end of 2024, Transmashholding (TMH) became Shishkarev and Rosatom's partner in Delo Group. As part of the first stage of the deal, the TMH-friendly company R-Alliance bought out 1% in Delo MC from Shishkarev, reducing his stake below the controlling level - from 51% to 50%.

One of the deal's scenarios envisaged the state corporation entering the capital of the engineering holding in exchange for a stake in Delo Group. However, at the end of 2025 it emerged that there would be no deal between Rosatom state corporation and TMH regarding a stake in Delo Group, as the parties failed to agree on the asset's price.
