Kenin family completes probate for Samolet stake, no plans to sell

MOSCOW. Feb 26 (Interfax) - OMD Capital, the family office of deceased Samolet Group cofounder Mikhail Kenin has completed the registration of inheritance rights to shares in the Russian real estate developer.

The ownership structure of the stake and the principles of control over it have not changed, the shares remain in the hands of the Kenin family, Samolet said.

"There are no plans to sell this stake. The company is being managed by a team of professionals. The shareholders believe in the sustainability of the business," Samolet said.

Kenin, who died last August, was Samolet's largest shareholder as of the end of June 2025, with a stake of 29.12%. The company's second largest shareholder is still Pavel Golubkov, who held 15.08% at the end of the first half of 2025.

Samolet Group, which is listed on the Moscow Exchange, is Russia's leading residential real estate developer by amount of current construction.
