Kamaz agrees on purchases of Belarusian automotive components for additional 540 mln rubles
KAZAN. Feb 25 (Interfax) - PJSC Kamaz and JSC BATE (Belarus, the management company of the holding Autocomponents) have signed an agreement on additional supplies of components for the Russian automaker worth more than 540 million rubles, Kamaz's press service said.
The document was signed during the visit of a Belarusian delegation to Tatarstan.
Purchases by Kamaz from enterprises of the Autocomponents holding exceeded 2.5 billion rubles in 2025, the press service said. As part of current contracts, the Belarusian side supplies a wide range of parts for truck production, including generators, starters, drive shafts and anti-lock braking systems.
Kamaz has been cooperating with the Belarusian holding for more than ten years. In October 2023, the parties approved a long-term cooperation program for 2024-2027.
JSC BATE is one of the largest producers of automotive components in Belarus, specializing in the design and production of starters and generators for the engines of trucks, cars, buses and agricultural machinery.
