Another two Guryev entities redomicile to Russia

MOSCOW. Feb 18 (Interfax) - Another two entities associated with the Guryev family, co-owners of PhosAgro , have re-registered under Russian jurisdiction.

On February 17, Perpecia Limited and Gekolina Investments Limited became residents of the special administrative region (SAR) on Oktyabrsky Island, Kaliningrad Region, according to the SAR's management company. Prior to the move, they were registered in Cyprus as Perpecia Limited and Gekolina Investments Limited.

Unified State Registry of Legal Entities (USRLE) data indicate that Perpecia Limited is 100% owned by Adorabella LLC, and Gekolina Investments Limited is 100% owned by Chlodwig Enterprises LLC.

As of mid-2023, Chlodwig and Adorabella, which had already moved from Switzerland to the SAR on Oktyabrsky Island, owned 20.31% and 23.35% of PhosAgro shares, respectively. Ultimately, both companies are controlled by a trust whose economic beneficiaries are members of Guryev senior's family, PhosAgro disclosed on its website in 2022.
