Former VSK Insurance House senior manager Olga Sorokina appointed CEO at VTB Mobile

MOSCOW. Feb 13 (Interfax) - Olga Sorokina, former deputy general director for business development at VSK Insurance House, was appointed CEO at VTB's VTB Mobile LLC on February 12, replacing former CEO Artyom Polozenko, according to information in the Unified State Registry of Legal Entities (USRLE).

The Kommersant publication reported that Sorokina had left VSK in November 2025, and the publication, citing sources, reported that VSK's owners were seeking buyers for the business at that time. This could include selling the entire company or a stake of one of the principal owners.

Sorokina led the development and implementation of strategy and digital transformation at VSK.

VTB launched a virtual mobile operator in 2019 using Tele2 infrastructure. VTB Mobile generated revenue of 369.3 million rubles to Russian Accounting Standards in 2024, with a net loss of 22.5 million rubles.
