Yandex may acquire Russian business of Flowwow - media

MOSCOW. Feb 10 (Interfax) - Yandex may buy the Russian business of the flower and gift marketplace Flowwow, Forbes reported, citing sources.

According to the publication, the company may be attached to the Yandex Food service, which flowers can be ordered through.

The deal is being prepared for completion in April. It is currently undergoing the audit stage, after which it must receive approval from the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS).

Flowwow LLC was registered in 2020. Its co-owners are seven individuals, including CEO Vyacheslav Bogdan. In 2024, the company's revenue amounted to 4.2 billion rubles, and the net loss was 6.4 million rubles.
