CityDrive carsharing service changing CEO

MOSCOW. Jan 16 (Interfax) - The CityDrive carsharing service has announced the resignation of Eduard Mingazhev as the company's CEO.

Unified State Registry of Legal Entities (USRLE) data indicate that Oleg Danilov has been acting CEO at NTS LLC, the carsharing service's primary legal entity, as of January 15. He took over from Eduard Mingazhev, who had led the company since 2023.

Danilov is CEO at the Proil fuel company, part of CityDrive Group, and manages the company's commercial operations.

CityDrive's press service has confirmed the personnel changes, though has declined to comment on the details of the subsequent appointment of a new CEO.

CityDrive is a short-term car rental service and part of the Sber ecosystem. The service is available in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi, Yekaterinburg, Nizhny Novgorod, and Krasnodar. The fleet exceeds 20,000 vehicles. CityDrive boosted gross merchandise volume (GMV) 40% to over 18 billion rubles in 2024, with the number of trips rising 20% to 30 million.
