Rostelecom purchases 45% of hotel management solutions developer Ertek
MOSCOW. Jan 15 (Interfax) - PJSC Rostelecom has completed a deal to acquire 45% of Ertek LLC, a developer of the domestic ECVI system of the PMS (Property Management System) class for comprehensively managing accommodation facilities, Rostelecom said.
The size of the deal was not disclosed.
According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the buyer was a Rostelecom structure, Comfort Service LLC, and the deal was registered on December 24, 2025. The remaining 55% was retained by the CEO and co-founder of Ertek LLC, Sergei Dudin.
In November 2025, Rostelecom and Ertek concluded a strategic partnership agreement, under which Rostelecom provides its infrastructure and digital services and Ertek provides the core PMS solution. "In this way, the partners laid the foundation for the development of a unified ecosystem for Russia's hotel industry - the Digital Hotel, which will become a driver for the industry's digitalization and also reduce its dependence on foreign suppliers," Rostelecom said.
The Digital Hotel ecosystem unites domestic industry solutions and technologies, offering a comprehensive approach to managing all aspects of accommodation facilities' operations - from creating digital infrastructure to customer communications. One of the key elements of the ecosystem is the hotel management system (PMS), which integrates with Rostelecom digital products provided nationwide.
"We are investing in the development of the industry by implementing innovative solutions that make the hotel business more efficient, secure and competitive. The deal with the company Ertek will be a step towards achieving our goal - to create a unique ecosystem that will allow Russian hotels not only to meet modern requirements but to exceed them," the company quoted Rostelecom Vice President for Product Development and SME Relations Timofei Abramenko as saying.
Ertek LLC, a developer and supplier of hotel management solutions, was founded in 2012. The company's flagship product is the ECVI digital platform. Revenue for 2024 amounted to 20.5 million rubles.
