Former CEO of rail operator Transport Technologies heads Volga Shipping Company
NIZHNY NOVGOROD. Jan 14 (Interfax) - Dmitry Pritula has been appointed CEO of JSC Volga Shipping Company (Volga Flot) of Nizhny Novgorod, the company's press service reported.
He began the new role on January 13, 2026.
"He has come to Volga Shipping from the post of CEO at Transport Technologies LLC [engaged in the transportation of oil and universal cargo]. Prior to this, he worked at JSC First Cargo Company, starting out as the head of the department for cooperation with coal companies and progressing to first deputy CEO and executive, overseeing the production and commercial unit," the statement reads.
It also says that Pritula was on the board of directors of Volga Shipping Company from 2018 to 2024.
Pavel Vinogradov, head of the company since September 2022, will continue to work outside the Volga Shipping, the press service wrote.
As reported, Pritula was appointed acting CEO of the company from December 23, 2025.
Volga Shipping Company is a Russian shipping company which transports cargo between rivers and seas in Russia's internal waters and on international sea routes.
