Kazakhstan's int'l reserves grow 3.3% in Dec, 23.8% in year to $129.6 bln
ASTANA. Jan 14 (Interfax) - Kazakhstan's international reserves, including gross reserves of the National Bank and the assets of the National Fund, were $129.56 billion on December 31, 2025, up 3.3% from the previous month and up 23.8% from the beginning of 2025, the National Bank said.
The National Fund's assets were $63.83 billion at the end of December 2025, up 0.23% from November.
In December, the National Bank's gross international reserves grew 6.4% to $65.73 billion, including $18.49 billion of currency assets, up 7.26%, and $47.24 billion gold, up 6.06%.
The National Bank's net international reserves were $63.45 billion tenge, an increase of 6.3%.
