Russian subsidiary of Denmark's Rockwool placed under temporary management of Construction Assets Development company
MOSCOW. Jan 13 (Interfax) - The Russian subsidiary of Danish producer of insulation materials Rockwool A/S, Rockwool LLC, has been placed under the temporary management of JSC Construction Assets Development, it follows from a decree signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin on December 31 and published on the official legal information portal on Tuesday.
The same company has taken over the management of Rockwool's 68% share in Rockwool Volga LLC of Elabuga, while the 32% remains with Rockwool LLC.
JSC Construction Assets Development was registered in Moscow last fall. Its founders and management are not disclosed in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE).
On December 31, 2025, the president also signed a decree to transfer to the temporary management of a Russian company assets of Polish packaging producer Canpack - Canpack LLC and Canpack Packaging Factory LLC. They will be managed by Steel Element LLC.
