Kazakhstan, Russia developing multifaceted cooperation in all areas - Tokayev

ASTANA. Dec 9 (Interfax) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has noted the dynamic bilateral dialogue of a meeting with Russian Ambassador to Kazakhstan Alexei Borodavkin, the Kazakh presidential press service said on Tuesday.

"The head of state noted at the meeting that joint efforts had allowed the successful development of multifaceted cooperation between Kazakhstan and Russia in all areas and that the political dialogue had acquired a new, unprecedentedly high dynamic," the press service said.

Tokayev called his recent state visit to Russia fruitful and said he had productive negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin, "the results of which had given a substantial impetus to the development of the comprehensive strategic partnership and alliance between the two countries," it said.

The Kazakh president paid a state visit to Russia on November 11-12.
