Carsharing operator Delimobil's founder Vincenzo Trani becomes CEO
MOSCOW. Nov 21 (Interfax) - Vincenzo Trani, founder and key shareholder of PJSC Carsharing Russia, which operates the Delimobil brand, has been appointed CEO of the company effective November 21.
Delimobil said in a press release that the board of directors reached the decision at a meeting on Thursday.
Trani was elected CEO for a five-year term.
Trani is moving from chairman of the board of directors to CEO. Grigory Chorayan, a member of the board of directors since 2023, will replace him as chairman.
Vladimir Sadovin, who has headed Delimobil since May 2025, will continue to work for the company and focus on projects related to the development of the supply chain, Delimobil's Deliparts trademark and international business, primarily with China.
The board's strategy committee, chaired by former CEO Elena Bekhtina and which is responsible for long-term development, "will be involved more closely in day-to-day management, primarily product and marketing business development"
Delimobil was launched in 2025 and has a presence in 16 Russian cities. Trani led the project from October 2019 to April 2020. Bekhtina was CEO from 2020 to 2025. Sadovin took over the company after Bekhtina was elected to the board of directors in the spring of 2025, when she also chaired the board's strategy committee.
