SFI agrees to sell 87.5% of Europlan to Alfa Bank for 57 bln rubles

MOSCOW. Nov 18 (Interfax) - Investment group SFI is selling its 87.5% stake (105 million shares) in leasing company Europlan to Alfa Bank, the group reported.

The purchase price is 56.875 billion rubles, less dividends attributable to shares in the amount of 6.09 billion rubles, which amounts to 16.36% of the value of SFI's assets based on data in the group's condensed interim consolidated financial statements as of June 30, 2025.
