Highland Gold plans to complete rebranding, change name to Areal by 2026

MOSCOW. Nov 6 (Interfax) - Vladislav Sviblov's Highland Gold group is undergoing a rebranding and changing its name to Areal.

The company reported that it planned to complete the strategic rebranding and full transition to its new name by 2026.

"Over the last few years, the group has significantly increased the scale and direction of its operations. Now, Areal is developing projects to produce not only gold, silver, zinc, lead and copper, but also a whole series of small, scarce metals," the company said.

Areal manages all of the companies in the Highland Gold group, projects to develop the Ozernoye and Yermakovskoye fields in Buryatia and other assets. All of the group's enterprises and service departments cover 11 Russian regions in total.
