Putin appoints Edelgeriyev Russian presidential envoy on climate, water resources issues

MOSCOW. Nov 5 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has issued a decree appointing Ruslan Edelgeriyev his envoy on climate change and water resources issues.

"Russian presidential aide Edelgeriyev shall become presidential envoy on climate change and water resources issues," the decree, published on the legal information portal, said.

The presidential decree on the special representative of the Russian president on climate change has now lost it force.
