Russia not threatening anyone, developing its nuclear potential - Putin

MOSCOW. Nov 5 (Interfax) - Russia is not threatening anyone, it is developing the national nuclear potential, same as other nuclear powers do, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.

"Our country is not threatening anyone," Putin said at the award ceremony for Burevestnik and Poseidon developers.

"Same as any other nuclear power, Russia is developing its nuclear potential, its strategic potential," Putin said.

"What we are talking about now is the work announced a long time ago," he said.
