Vkusvill retailer boosts stake in Obed.ru office food delivery platform to 100%

MOSCOW. Oct 21 (Interfax) - JSC Vkusvill has increased its stake in Obed.ru LLC, an office food delivery platform, to 100%, and the corresponding changes have been recorded in the Unified State Registry of Legal Entities (USRLE).

The retailer acquired 95% of the service in April 2024 in order to solidify Vkusvill's position in corporate catering.

Obed.ru has been operating since 2004. The service collaborates with over 700 employers, including JSC GLONASS, SuperJob, Gismeteo, and others.

Vkusvill positions itself as a chain of healthy food stores. It comprises over 2,000 stores in 170 cities across Russia. Over 97% of its products are sold under its own brand.
