Putin says expects to visit India in early Dec

MOSCOW. Oct 2 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin said he expects to visit India in December 2025.

"I expect this visit in early December. I am looking forward to meeting my friend, our reliable partner Prime Minister Modi," Putin said at a plenary session of the Valdai Discussion Club.

Russian-Indian relations are special, he said. "We have never had any problems and interstate frictions with India. Prime Minister Modi is a very balanced and wide leader, nationally oriented. Everyone knows that well in India," Putin said.
