Login Delo becomes co-owner of property development company owned by former Samolet execs

MOSCOW. Oct 2 (Interfax) - Login Delo LLC acquired a 33.29% stake in the charter capital of Moscow company 2211 Development LLC on October 1, 2025, it follows from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE).

Login Delo CEO Alexander Muzychenko also acquired a 16.7% stake in 2211 Development.

2211 Development's founders, Alexander Kanivets and Aiman El-Hashem, also the company's CEO, lowered their stakes from 50% to 25%.

Former executives of Samolet , Kanivets and El-Hashem founded 2211 Development LLC in Moscow in March 2025 with a charter capital of 10,000 rubles. The company's main area of business is commercial operations and management consulting.

Login Delo LLC was founded in December 2023 by one of the owners of the Delo group, Sergei Shishkarev, but has been owned fully by the Pushkin's Fairytales Today personal fund since June 2024, according to the USRLE. The company's charter capital comprises 200 million rubles. It primarily acts as a holding company.
