Wildberries-Russ receives 100% of Rive Gauche operating company as security

MOSCOW. Oct 2 (Interfax) - The united company Wildberries-Russ or RVB LLC has received a 100% share of the operating company of perfume and cosmetics chain Rive Gauche, Aromalux LLC, owned by the Cypriot company Rive Gauche Group Ltd, under a security agreement effective from September 23, it follows from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE).

A security agreement pledging a 100% share in Aromalux subsidiary Aromatech LLC to RVB LLC has also been in effect since September 23.

Kommersant reported on Monday, citing sources, that Wildberries-Russ could purchase Rive Gauche. The newspaper said that companies owned by Alexei Mordashov's Severgroup had previously attempted to negotiate an acquisition deal with Rive Gauche, before discussions stalled; moreover, the terms offered by RVB were more favorable.

On September 26, Wildberries and Rive Gauche reported that they had entered into a strategic partnership which would enable collection of deliveries from Rive Gauche stores at Wildberries pick-up points, as well as incorporating a section for Rive Gauche products in the Wildberries perfume and cosmetics catalog.
