Kremlin explains pause in Ukrainian settlement process with Kiev's reluctance to continue dialogue

MOSCOW. Sept 29 (Interfax) - The pause in the Ukrainian settlement process is caused by Kiev's reluctance, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

"There is a pause. The pause results from the Kiev regime's reluctance to continue this dialogue," Peskov told the press in response to a related question.

"Documents have been exchanged. At the latest meeting of delegations in Istanbul, it was proposed to set up working groups to discuss every modality in main areas," he said.
