Wildberries-Russ, Fun&Sun to partner to offer travel services via marketplace

MOSCOW. Sept 12 (Interfax) - The united company Wildberries & Russ (RWB LLC) has reached an agreement with travel company Fun&Sun, formerly TUI Russia, on a partnership to develop travel services for users of the digital platform, Wildberries & Russ said in a press release.

The parties are discussing the possibility of a strategic partnership which "will allow for the well-developed IT infrastructure and recommendation algorithms of the digital platform to be combined with the expertise of many years in the tourism industry, offering travelers new tourism services and products".

The first product offered by the partners is an early booking service for Fun&Sun tours in the winter 2025-2026 season via the Wildberries marketplace. Users will be able to select, book and pay for tours with instant confirmation of orders placed.

Wildberries has been developing tourism services since 2023. Initially, users could acquire plane, train and bus tickets and put together a route combining various transport means. It later became possible to book hotels and tours on the platform.
