British defense secretary arrives in Kiev for talks

MOSCOW. Sept 3 (Interfax) - British Secretary of State for Defense John Healey has arrived in Kiev, Ukrainian media said on Wednesday.

Ukrainian Defense Minister Denis Shmygal said he was planning to discuss joint defense projects and further defense contacts in the Ramstein format with Healey.
