N. Korean-Russian relations developing in all aspects - Kim

BEIJING. Sept 3 (Interfax) - Relations between North Korea and Russia have been developing in all aspects since the conclusion of the bilateral comprehensive strategic partnership treaty, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un said.

"Relations between both countries have been developing in all aspects since the conclusion of our interstate treaty," Kim said at the beginning of a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Beijing on Wednesday.

"We have fought together with the fraternal Russian people and army within this treaty and consistent with our obligations under this treaty," Kim said.

He profoundly thanked Putin for highly appreciating the feat of North Korean troops that fought in the Kursk region.

"If there is something we can do to help Russia, we will definitely do that and deem it to be our fraternal duty. We will do everything to help Russia," Kim said.
