Acting head of GTLK Parnev made CEO
YEKATERINBURG. Sept 2 (Interfax) - The shareholders of JSC State Transport Leasing Company (GTLK) have decided to appoint GTLK Deputy Head Mikhail Parnev as the company's CEO, its press service said.
"Mikhail Parnev has been elected to the position of general director of GTLK for a term of five years," the press service said.

"The goal is to create the largest leasing company not only in transport segments, but also in infrastructure, real estate, machine tool building and other industries," Parnev was quoted as saying by the press service.
Parnev began his career at the USSR Railways Ministry, then held executive positions at GTC Russia, the airline Ruslan-Air, the Russian Transport Ministry, the Federal Service for Transport Supervision, the Federal Air Navigation Service and the Federal Air Transport Agency.
From 2020, he worked as CEO of the airline Sirius-Aero, and in 2022 he headed the airline RusJet. Since December 2023, he has worked as deputy CEO of GTLK.
In early August this year, VEB.RF reported that Parnev was appointed acting CEO of GTLK.
