VkusVill creates subsidiary for digital transformation of business processes

MOSCOW. Aug 15 (Interfax) - Retailer VkusVill has registered Cybershef LLC, according to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE).

The CEO of the new company is VkusVill IT manager Dmitry Aparshev.

A representative from VkusVill told Interfax that the company had been set up to facilitate the development of technical infrastructure and the digital transformation of business processes.

"The company's work will involve implementing a set of measures to improve operational efficiency using cutting-edge technological solutions, including intelligent control systems and automation platforms," the company said in a statement.

Cybershef LLC is expected to develop partnerships with Russia's leading research and technology centers with the aim of integrating innovations into business practices.

In July, VkusVill acquired three legal entities from the Avtomakon group, with which it had previously collaborated for ten years in order to develop its IT technologies.

Vkusvill positions itself as a chain of stores selling healthy food products. It has over 2,000 stores in 170 Russian cities and sells over 97% of the goods under its own brand name.
