Trade turnover between China and Russia declines 8% in 7M 2025 - Chinese customs

BEIJING. Aug 7 (Interfax) - The volume of China-Russia trade decreased 8.1% year-on-year to $125.8 billion in January-July 2025, according to China's General Administration of Customs (GAC) published data.

Chinese exports to Russia declined 8.5% to $56.23 billion and Russian exports to China decreased 7.7% to $69.57 billion in the reporting period.

The volume of bilateral trade rose 8.7% month-on-month to $19.13 billion in July, and Chinese imports grew 7.8%, exports increased 9.6%.
