Ozon raises 2025 guidance, expects 40% GMV growth, adj. EBITDA of 100 bln-120 bln rubles
MOSCOW. Aug 7 (Interfax) - Ozon has raised its forecast for 2025 and now expects gross merchandise value (GMV), including services, to grow by about 40% and adjusted EBITDA to total 100 billion-120 billion rubles, the Russian online marketplace reported.
The company previously forecast that GMV would grow by 30-40% this year and adjusted EBITDA would be in the range of 70 billion to 90 billion rubles.
Ozon's GMV topped 2.87 trillion rubles in 2024 and adjusted EBITDA totaled 40.08 billion rubles.
Ozon CFO Igor Gerasimov said during a webinar for investors and analysts, that the company did not plan net profit for 2025 as a whole, partly due to loss in the first quarter of this year.
Ozon reported on Thursday that it received a net profit in Q2 2025 not related to one-time income of 359 million rubles. There was a net loss of 7.9 billion rubles in Q1 2025.
Gerasimov said Ozon would be able to achieve net profit for 2026.
