ULYANOVSK. Aug 4 (Interfax) - JSC Ausmah SV plans to begin serial production of trucks under the Ausmah brand in Q1 2026, the Ulyanovsk Region Industrial Development Center said.

The company expects to produce around 900 vehicles next year, including chassis with gross vehicle weights of 3.5 tonnes, 5 tonnes, 8 tonnes and 12 tonnes. Subsequently, the enterprise aims to manufacture over 5,000 vehicles annually.

The localization level of components is projected to reach at least 790 points by 2027 and exceed 2,000 points by 2028, the center said. The production localization plan includes heating and air conditioning systems, fuel and cooling systems, transmission components, exhaust systems, axles and braking systems, steering mechanisms and cabins.

"The production facility has been fully adapted for truck chassis manufacturing. It contains all necessary premises, including personnel areas (locker rooms, showers, a cafeteria) as well as warehouse space for storing vehicle kits," the center stated.

Ausmah SV's production is located at the former Isuzu site, now owned by the Ulyanovsk Region Development Corporation. Until the middle of last year, the industrial site was leased by PJSC Sollers , after which Ausmah SV became the leaseholder.
