Moscow currently has no understanding on Kiev's reaction to Russia's proposal to create working groups as part of settlement process

MOSCOW. July 28 (Interfax) - There is currently no understanding on Kiev's position on Russia's proposal to create three working groups as part of the settlement process, the Kremlin said.

"No, there is no understanding on this matter, we are waiting," Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov told reporters, responding to a question as to whether there is understanding on Kiev's position on the relevant proposal, on whether Ukraine is ready to work in such format.
