Crew Dragon spaceship carrying Roscosmos cosmonaut to arrive at ISS on Aug 2 - NASA

WASHINGTON. July 25 (Interfax) - SpaceX' Crew Dragon reusable spacecraft with Oleg Platonov, a Roscosmos cosmonaut, as a crewmember, will dock to the International Space Station (ISS) on August 2, NASA said.

The spacecraft will be launched atop a Falcon 9 on July 31. The Crew-11 mission will also include NASA astronauts Michael Fincke and Zena Cardman, and Kimiya Yui of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA).

The mission is part of a Roscosmos-NASA agreement on joint flights.

The current ISS crew consists of seven members: Roscosmos' Sergei Ryzhikov, Alexei Zubritsky and Kirill Peskov, NASA's Anne McClain, Nichole Ayers and Jonathan Kim and JAXA's Takuya Onishi.
