Russia plans to sign media cooperation agreement with N. Korea
MOSCOW. July 25 (Interfax) - The Russian government has accepted the Russian Digital Development Ministry's proposal to hold talks and sign an agreement with North Korea on cooperation in mass media.
"The proposal of the Russian Digital Development Ministry, coordinated with the Russian Foreign Ministry, on holding talks on signing an agreement between the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation and the Information Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea on cooperation in the sphere of the mass media shall be accepted," the government said in its order, published on the official legal information portal.
