Medinsky: Russia, Ukraine agree on new prisoner swap with at least 1,200 people from each side
ISTANBUL. July 23 (Interfax) - Russia and Ukraine agreed at the talks in Istanbul on a new prisoner exchange with at least 1,200 people from each side, head of the Russian delegation Vladimir Medinsky said.
"We agreed that there will be a swap of at least 1,200 more prisoners of war from each side in the near future," he told journalists following the third round of talks.
